Position Vacancy: DGM (Marketing & Merchandising.)

Name of the Company: A leading reputed Sweater Factory

Job Description:

• New business development and promotion with direct Buyer countries/rejoin like Latin America, Scandinavian, Russian, Korean, Japanese Market having good CM/FOB price.
• Procure/source order for off-season like November to March production and shipment having good CM/FOB price.
• Source /procure buyer/order to meet the factory production capacity around the year.
• Proper execution of orders according to time and action plan on a regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
• Oversee the production status, sampling, lab dips, information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.
• Meet the objectives and target of the marketing and merchandising department.

Educational Requirements:

• Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in BIFT.

Additional Requirements: 

• Candidate must have merchandising experience in a sweater factory/garment buying house or retail company.
• Good knowledge about the yarn, accessories, fashion trends etc.
• Exceptional business writing skills and can visualize as well as convey a massage into the relevant and interesting content.

Experience Requirements: 

• At least 10 years, 2 to 3 years experience in the same position.
• The applicant should have experience in the following business area(s). Sweater Marketing, Sweater Merchandising 

Employment Status: 

• Full time

Salary Information:

• 100 K to 120 K (One lakh to one lakh twenty thousand)   

Compensation & Other Benefits:

• Transport facility
• Friday weekend

Office Information: 

• Approx. 1800 manpower
• Jacquard Machine: 434
• Manual Machine: 95
• Monthly average knitting production:  3,36,000 pcs.
• Monthly average finishing production: 3,38,000 pcs.
