Job Queue: COO Jobs in BD 2021:

One of the Leading Sweater Factory urgently looking for COO in Bangladesh.

Job Requirements:

• Manage the whole factory (Sweater Unit) operations and ensure that production meets company standards productively.

• Designing and executing business operations to accomplish Profitability of operation through Production planning, Cost control and reduction.

• A keen strategist with experience in managing whole plant operations with a key focus on marketing, IE and Planning, Production, Quality, profitability by ensuring ideal utilization or resources

• Audit and set priority of Production planning, Material planning and machinery planning according to responsibility and buyer interest by strongly handle / monitor supply chain and survey material position to ensure on time shipment with quality.

• Coordinate with marketing and merchandising group for future orders, present orders status, product costing and to discuss the capacity status of the factory and take the decision to accept any order request or not considering profit margin. Just as new market development for off peak season buyers particularly in the region like Latin America, Scandinavian, Russian, Korean & Japanese markets.

• A performance-Driven Professional with active involvement with Strategic Planning encompassing Marketing, IE and Planning, Production, Quality Assurance, On time Delivery, Value Engineering, Cost Reduction, Compliance, Time and Team Management.

• Capable in implementing IE and Planning with Production and Quality systems, technically sound to check sweater production related technical issues, Jacquard knitting machine, Winding, Linking, Trimming - Mending, Washing, Finishing and packaging.

Senior Executive (import) Supply Chain Department 

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate or Masters in any discipline from any reputed University

• IE / Marketing and Merchandising background will get extra advantage.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 17 to 18 years 

• 02 to 03 years experience in the same position.

• The applicants must have experience in the following business areas:- Garments, Sweater Industry knowledge and skills 

Salary: 

According to industry standard

Weekend: Friday

Other Benefits: Full time Transport

• Total Manpower: 1800 (Approximately)

• Total Jacquard machine: 434

• Total Manual machine: 95
