Job Responsibilities:
- Should be Smooth Launching of Program under retail brands for local supply.
- Identify attainable and cost strategies methods for product development.
- Provide on time appraises with the best production ability.
- Start and drive improvement of speed of advancements through the ELS approach
- Start product re-designing to be ahead of the competition.
- Give counter sample approval.
- Ensure ideal and reliable accessibility of samples/confirmations/formats/data integrity tests/ink drawdowns for manufacturing units to follow for business production.
- Make retailer brand manuals, sample packs and indexes as when required. Circulate regular reports on product /Manual among inward departments.
- Include on critical issues for goal. Acting as a specialized support for other cross functional team as and when necessary.
- Training/Assisting CS, Sales, Operation team, Vendors (only whenever needed) during the time spent accomplishing the highest degree needed by customer/RBO as far as administration and quality.
- Take liability for the housekeeping maintaining 5S standard for sample storage and report preservation.
- Do any Local /Global Projects.
- Do any sensible duties as when required.

- Capacity to Work Under Pressure & ready to meet deadlines

- Reasonable knowledge about the business in which Avery Dennison Retail Branding Information Services (RBIS) in BD operates.
