A multi-state Amber Alert has been canceled following a missing 2-year-old baby from New Jersey was discovered safe early Saturday morning in a little Tennessee town, specialists said, and his dad was arrested.
The boy, Sebastian Rios, and his mom, 24-year-old Yasemin Uyar, both of Rahway, were accounted for missing on Friday evening. New Jersey State Police said at the time they accepted the two had been kidnapped by Sebastian's dad, 27-year-old Tyler Rios of Highland Park.

Sebastian and Tyler Rios were discovered Saturday in Monterey, Tennessee, a humble community on I-40, acting Union County Prosecutor Lyndsay Ruotolo and Rahway Police Department Director Jonathan Parham said in an articulation.
Tyler Rios was captured without occurrence, as indicated by the specialists. He is right now being held in Tennessee and will be removed to New Jersey to deal with criminal indictments in Union County Superior Court.

Uyar stays missing. Karen Uyar, Yasemin's mom, disclosed to PIX11 that her girl had a controlling request against Tyler Rios.
"While we are alleviated that Sebastian Rios has been discovered protected and that Tyler Rios is in authority, we are as yet encouraging anybody with data about the whereabouts of Yasmine Uyar to approach and mention to us what they know, even secretly," Ruotolo said.

Sebastian and Yasemin Uyar were accounted for missing, and Tyler Rios was distinguished as a suspect, after the youngster didn't show up at his childcare and the mother didn't appear at her work on Friday morning. Rahway police said they led a government assistance keep an eye on Yasemin Uyar's home, Friday yet tracked down nobody.
