Urgently searching for interested applicants as a Senior Manager - HR, Admin & Compliance for garments who has drive, experience in following sector, drive and self-motivation to require challenge to convey great quality results.
Job Details:
• To lead HR, Admin and compliance team of the particular business unit of the Factory.
• Should prepare Human Resources and financial plan of the Factory.
• Should take responsibility for the enlistment both worker and staff of the business unit.
• To conduct yearly appraisal and take endorsement from business head and Management.
• To make sure 100% execution of buyer`s COC, Accord/Alliance.
• Should assume liability for social compliance audit such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Technical or Quality Assurance audit, Accord and Alliance audit, Security System Audit (C-TPAT), FCCA.
• Accountable for CAP (corrective action plans) and follow up according to plan.
• Handle representative complaints in accordance with organization strategy, Process final payment of the employee and so forth.
• Monitoring every one of the works by subordinates.
• Overall wellbeing and security matter of the factory.
• Deployment of safety faculties where fundamental.
• Monitoring enlistment, Salary fixation, issuing appointment letters, confirmation letters and so on.
• Maintaining every essential report, licenses, records, and so on.
• To correspondence with BGMEA, Labor Office, Kolkarkhana Odhidoptor, FSCD, All Police Station, UP if essential.
• Monitoring wastage merchandise.
• Preparing a wide range of notice and office orders like Holiday notice, any notice on broad issues, Appointment letter, promotion letter, dismissal order, and so forth.
• Preparing a few sorts of bills including maternity advantage bills.
• Monitoring compensation/compensation payment.
• Ensure a wide range of wellbeing and security issues within the law and company policy.
• To posses clear information with reference to enrollment, selection, training, promotion, increment, worker`s wages, salary and a wide range of welfare issues of representatives.
• Manage HR capacities including office time, leave management, Grievance Management and disciplinary capacities successfully.
• Showroom Visit
• Ensure canteen management
• Government license giving competent and great contact with fire station and police station.
• Any other undertaking by the Management.
Job Requirements:
• Only males are permitted to apply for this post.
• Must have ability to Work Under Pressure.
• Excellent understanding of Compliance.
• To Know Labor Law and Good representative relations.
• Without knowledge on Garments area not have to apply.
• Only males with sound wellbeing are permitted to apply
• Must have sound information on Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Amendment -2015 is must.
• Should have sound knowledge in Accord and Alliance Audit Procedure
• Excellent relational and relational abilities.
• Good relational abilities in English.
• Must have knowledge about Quality Management System.
• Must have PC proficiency with good analytical abilities.
