A Reputed International Non-Profit Organization (INGO) is urgently looking for a Head of Legal and Compliance
Job Requirements:
- Involvement in corporate governance issues and corporate secretarial obligations.
- Involvement with fund investments, adventure and capital financing.
- Capacity to work serenely under pressure, ensuring sound advice and direction given.
- Successful negotiation abilities and adequate interpersonal gravitas to lead negotiations.
- Works with reliability and integrity and has a clear commitment to organization's core values and strategic priorities.
- Solutions driven with the capacity to work independently within insignificant supervision.
- Ability to work in partnership with multi-sector team, including planning and providing technical sources.
- Fantastic verbal and written communication abilities and proficiency in English.
- Appreciation of variety and experience with a multicultural environment.
Educational Requirements:
- Should have Master’s degree in Law with concentration in Code of Civil and Criminal Procedure, Evidence Act, Contract Act, Employment and Labour Law, Land laws and law of legacy, Other significant laws related to Human Rights and Developmental sector
and / or
- Should be Qualified Solicitor of the law society, UK and / or advocate of Bangladesh as approved by the Bar Council

- Exhibited experience in managing with multiple partners and multicultural staff and work, team supervision and development.
