A great opportunity has come up for a general manager to join a world class sourcing operation in its Bangladesh hub. This job is responsible for setting the methodology across sales development and productivity in the region.

Job Details:

• Providing solid authority to the territory to accomplish the business strategy

• Reporting straightforwardly into directors, giving updates on the business including any issues

• Developing a supplier base and make sure they fulfill the necessary guidelines and targets

• Identify chances of development, looking at product offers and pricing

• Working on  benefit and loss; creating and implementing strategy

• Should be manage recruitment and look at the design of the workplace

• To work with merchandising on product offering, identifying for spaces of development, profit and loss

Job Requirements:

• Must have previous experience working inside a sourcing office with either a UK or European retailer

• Minimum 05 years’ experience as the same post 'general manager'

• Should have Solid business/commercial intuition 

• Ready to adjust quickly to changes in the retail landscape

• Hands on and ready to discuss effectively with internal and external partners

• Go about as a mentor to the team, focusing on training and advancement

• Should have Great product knowledge
