The case was stirred by a crocodile entering the Mustak Biryani shop in the market town of Sampurnagar, Lakhimpur Kheri. The crocodile stood near the counter of the biryani shop and started tucking towards the shopkeeper. Seeing the crocodile, there was a stampede in the shop. On the spot people hurriedly informed the forest department. The team reached the spot and tried to catch the crocodile, but the crocodile kept the team in the shop for 2 hours.
After a lot of hard work, the forest department team controlled the crocodile, tied it with ropes and placed it in a jeep and left the crocodile in the forest.

লখিমপুর খেড়ির সমপুরনগর বাজারের মুস্তাক বিরিয়ানির দোকানে একটি কুমির ঢুকে পড়ে। কুমিরটি বিরিয়ানির দোকানের কাউন্টারের কাছে এসে দোকানদার দিকে টক দিতে থাকে। কুমিরটি দেখে দোকানে কলহ ছড়িয়ে পড়ে। ঘটনাস্থলে লোকজন তাড়াতাড়ি বন বিভাগকে খবর দেয়। দলটি ঘটনাস্থলে পৌঁছে কুমিরটিকে ধরার চেষ্টা করেছিল, তবে কুমিরটি দলটিকে ২ ঘন্টা দোকানে রেখেছিল।
অনেক পরিশ্রমের পরে বন বিভাগের দল কুমিরটিকে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে, দড়ির সাথে বেঁধে একটি জিপে রাখে এবং কুমিরটিকে বনে ফেলে দেয়।
