Creative IT Institute is urgently going to recruit Asst. Manager (Job Placement).


Job Responsibilities:

  • Helping with fostering a job placement methodology and start to carry out that appropriately. 
  • Helping with directing overviews as needed for recognizing abilities necessity of industry/area and different businesses just as occupations requests. 
  • Reaching forthcoming businesses and enrolling offices and inspire them for furnishing work to youth with inabilities. 
  • Directing vocation direction meetings of the work searchers. 
  • Checking on jobseekers' resume to think about their instructive capability, work insight and different abilities. 
  • Directing up-and-comers' meeting to think about their capacity and proficiency. 
  • Proposing the jobseekers to take pertinent courses for better occupation possibilities. 
  • Facilizing in organizing trainings, apprenticeship, temporary position for work searchers with incapacities. 
  • Guaranteeing student following through viable working of the Job Portal, give convenient information sources and keep up with refreshed data set. 
  • Following up the work places and screen post-business status and update Job Portal, get ready and offer report as needs be. 
  • Giving ideas on the most proficient method to keep a decent position and become further inside the association. 
  • Building up and keeping up with linkages and organization with businesses, managers' affiliation/associations and different partners and act deliberately for its working. 
  • Gathering the resume from the understudies and directing compelling position advising meeting and orchestrate mock meetings for the work searchers. 
  • Keeping up with severe privacy of data, records and other interior and outside interchanges. 
  • Keeping up with close contact with ventures for position of learners. 
  • Gathering criticism from the businesses. 
  • Staying in contact with managers to remain refreshed with the new position opportunities that surface. 
  • Urging the work searchers to present the resume to the CIT work entryway 
  • Planning month to month work plan and progress reports. 
  • Administering the Job Placement Facilitator. 
  • Lead promotion with significant Government and non-government associations at public and neighborhood levels for setting out work open doors. 
  • Orchestrate work fairs in a joint effort with private associations. 
  • Organize trainings on delicate abilities for work searchers with incapacities to set them up for meeting and work place conduct.



Job Requirements: 

  • Should have knowledge of CV writing, job interview, soft skill training.
  • Desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (English & Bengali).
  • Proficiency in M.S. Office (Excel, Power Point and Word).


Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of relevant experience preferably in Development Sector. .Minimum 1 year experience as Asst. Manager.
  • Experience in Human Resource Management will get preference.


Educational Requirements:

  • BBA / MBA from reputed university.
